Snoozer

I picked Addy up after work tonight and took a little detour on the way home to look at Christmas lights. As I pulled in front of a decorated house I asked Addy what she thought of it.....nothing, silence. I looked in the back seat and found her sound asleep.
When I picked her up from Grandpa's house, a few minutes prior, she was bouncing off the walls. Oh well. I guess we will try again tomorrow!

Addy-ism

Me: Did you go shopping with Grandpa today?
Addy: Yeah!
Me: Did you buy presents?
Addy: No we got food.
Me: What did you buy?
Addy: We got donuts! I was so happy I cried!

I swear I don't know where she comes up with this stuff.

Out and About

Addy and I are running errands today and having lunch. Addy picked out a star for the top of the Christmas tree and a caroling Mickey.

We stopped at a salad bar for lunch that only charges fifty-five cents for Addy. True to Addy form she only ate fifty-five cents worth.
I am not sure what is in that slushie but she doesn't look so good!

I am testing an app that would allow me to blog from my phone. Hopefully I could get more blogs uploaded that way. My first test included three pics that turned into three seperate posts with the same text (see below). Oh well, it is still pretty cool.

Three Year Portraits

Addy is going to be three years old in two and a half weeks ( not that I am counting down or anything). I had her portraits done a little earlier then usual because I wanted an autumn background. It is a shame she will be turning three since she has just started to really perfect the terrible two's attitude ;)

We were so excited to go to the pumpkin patch last week

Addy and I made up a little song

(okay, modified an exsisting song)

It has become tradition to go to Anderson Farms in Eerie, Colorado to get pumpkins.

I love that place!

They grow a variety of pumpkins and gourds. They also have corn mazes, animals, food, and other attractions.

Addy got her face painted for the first time. She was considering getting a horse or a ducky and eventually settled on the duck. It doesn't look like it in the pictures, but she was very excited about it and was not happy when ducky wore off a couple days later.

Next we went to see the animals, including this 2 day old alpaca baby.
